Business inquiries

Vendors, partners, and everything that isn't a client request.

This is the right place for partnerships, referral relationships, vendor and supplier pitches, recruiting, and press. It goes to a different inbox than client mail, so it won't sit behind a queue of denial reviews.

If you're a practice looking at Provira for your own claims, you want the other door: book a demo or see the demo first. Client requests sent here just get forwarded, and that costs you a day.

If you're a billing company or RCM organization interested in licensing Provira to run on your own book, you're in the right place — the details are below.

For revenue-cycle organizations

License Provira and run it on your own book.

If you run revenue cycle for your own clients, you can license Provira as the engine underneath it. Your team scrubs cleaner, works fewer denials, and stops re-solving the same problem every month — without building a rules engine, loading CMS content, or standing up a compliance stack.

What you get

Licensed access, not a system to maintain

We host it, secure it, update it, and keep the CMS content current. You get access for your team and your book — no infrastructure to own.

What stays yours

Your clients and your brand

They stay your clients and your relationship. Provira is the engine, not the face. You can tell them you run on it; you don’t have to hand them over to use it.

What we keep

Ownership and development

NAKIRA Solutions owns Provira and does the development. A license is access to the platform, not a transfer of the platform.

How data is handled

PHI under a signed BAA

Patient data stays server-side under a BAA signed between us, and never reaches the browser. The learning network carries de-identified, payer-level statistics only — never a patient, never a claim.

How it starts

We prove it on your own clients before you license anything.

1

Pick a sample

One or two of your current clients. A few providers is enough to be meaningful.

2

We run their history

Past claims and remits through Provira under a signed BAA. Nothing is submitted, and no live payer is touched.

3

You get a written findings report

The denials Provira would have caught, the rework it would have avoided, and the clean-claim difference — on your data, not a sample deck.

4

The fee is set from what the evaluation proved

Not a list price. If the findings don’t justify it, that is a legitimate outcome and you’ll have the report either way.

The evaluation is paid. It covers the onboarding work, and it credits toward your first license fee if you go ahead.

Worth saying plainly

What the engine will and won’t do.

Start with the form below and choose “License Provira for our own book.” Tell us roughly how many providers you bill for and which specialties — that’s enough for us to say whether an evaluation makes sense.

Before you write

Straight answers about what gets a reply.

  • Partnerships and referrals. If you work with independent practices — consulting, credentialing, practice management, EHR implementation — there's likely something here. Tell us who your clients are and we'll tell you honestly whether it fits.
  • Vendors and suppliers. We'll read it. What we won't do is take a call to be sold something we haven't budgeted. Lead with what it does, what it costs, and who else in RCM uses it, and you'll get a real answer either way.
  • Certified coders. We're actively interested. Coder review is a real control in how Provira works, not a formality — a credentialed person approves every learned rule before it can act on a claim. Send your credential and your specialty mix.
  • Press and analysts. Happy to talk about denial prevention and where the industry's proactive-scrubbing claims fall short of what they imply.

We read everything that comes in and reply to what's relevant, usually within a few business days. If we're not interested we'll say so rather than leave you following up.

Send it here

Goes to contactus@nakirasolutions.com, which is not our client inbox. No PHI, and no patient or claim data of any kind — there is never a reason to send it here, and we don't want it. If you're a client with an operational issue, use info@nakirasolutions.com instead.

Or just email

The form is better than email for one practical reason: it has a spam trap on it and a published address doesn't.
