Business inquiries

Vendors, partners, and everything that isn't a client request.

This is the right place for partnerships, referral relationships, vendor and supplier pitches, recruiting, and press. It goes to a different inbox than client mail, so it won't sit behind a queue of denial reviews.

If you're a practice or billing company looking at Provira, you want the other door: book a demo or see the demo first. Client requests sent here just get forwarded, and that costs you a day.

Before you write

Straight answers about what gets a reply.

  • Partnerships and referrals. If you work with independent practices — consulting, credentialing, practice management, EHR implementation — there's likely something here. Tell us who your clients are and we'll tell you honestly whether it fits.
  • Vendors and suppliers. We'll read it. What we won't do is take a call to be sold something we haven't budgeted. Lead with what it does, what it costs, and who else in RCM uses it, and you'll get a real answer either way.
  • Certified coders. We're actively interested. Coder review is a real control in how Provira works, not a formality — a credentialed person approves every learned rule before it can act on a claim. Send your credential and your specialty mix.
  • Press and analysts. Happy to talk about denial prevention and where the industry's proactive-scrubbing claims fall short of what they imply.

We read everything that comes in and reply to what's relevant, usually within a few business days. If we're not interested we'll say so rather than leave you following up.

Send it here

Goes to contactus@nakirasolutions.com, which is not our client inbox. No PHI, and no patient or claim data of any kind — there is never a reason to send it here, and we don't want it. If you're a client with an operational issue, use info@nakirasolutions.com instead.

Or just email

The form is better than email for one practical reason: it has a spam trap on it and a published address doesn't.
