Last updated 11 September 2026. This policy covers nakirasolutions.com. It does not govern how we handle protected health information for a client — that is governed by our Business Associate Agreement, which takes precedence.
We do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose information to the service providers described below only so they can perform services for us.
Form submissions are used to respond to you and to run the sales conversation you started. We keep them for 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Review files are used only to prepare and deliver the requested review. Unless an applicable agreement requires earlier deletion, we delete review files within 30 days after delivering the review. We retain them longer only when the client requests it in writing or applicable law or an agreement requires it. If a file contains protected health information that we were not authorized to receive, notify us promptly. We will secure and assess the file and handle it under our incident-response procedures and applicable agreements and law.
We use a small number of service providers, and we keep a current list. Today that includes hosting, our customer relationship system, and email. Where a provider could handle protected health information in the course of a client engagement, we put a Business Associate Agreement in place before that happens.
Email info@nakirasolutions.com for any of the above.
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have the right to confirm whether we process your personal information; access, correct, or delete it; obtain a portable copy; and opt out of its sale, its use for targeted advertising, or certain profiling. You may also have the right to appeal a decision we make about a privacy request. We do not sell personal information, use it for targeted advertising, or use it to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
To exercise an applicable right, email info@nakirasolutions.com and identify your state of residence and the right you wish to exercise. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and request. An authorized agent may submit a request where applicable law permits, subject to verification of the agent's authority. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. To appeal a denial, reply to our decision with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.”
We describe our security posture plainly, including what is still in progress, on our Security & Trust page. We would rather you read the accurate version than a reassuring one.
If we change this policy we will update the date above. If a change is material we will say so rather than hope you notice.
